Esther W. (Weisenauer)  Curless, 92 , Fairmount,  . She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the  Christian Women's Fellowship  when living in Largo, FL..  She was joint owner of the former Tote-A Burger in Gas City for many years and a member Fairmount Methodist  Church.

Esther was the daughter of the late Glen and Lulu (Fisher) Weisenauer.  She was born on April 2, 1921 in Plevna, Indiana.  She graduated from  Greentown High School in 1939 and attended Kokomo Business College.

She married  Marion Curless on December 23, 1950 in Kokomo, he preceded her in death February 2, 2013

She is survived by 2 Grandchildren;
Stephanie McAndrews, New Haven, IN
Eric (Brittany)  McAndrews, Marion, IN
One Great-Grandson, Rhy McAndrews

She was preceded in death by her daughter;  Tamara McAndrews in 2005,  Sister; Mary Lockridge, brother;  Richard Weisenauer

Arrangements are being handled by Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN.  The family will received friends on Saturday August 3, 2013 from 1-2 PM with a memorial service at 2 PM. followed by a committal service at Park Cemetery, Fairmount, IN

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairmount Methodist Church or New Hope Hospice in care of the funeral home.

I will miss you Esther. So glad we were able to get back in touch here at Colonial Oaks. I'll always remember our times of working together at Lakeview Wesleyan Church.

It was always a pleasure to see Esther stop by the Fairmount Public Library over the years. She was always helpful with comments about the books she like/disliked that we could pass on to others.
