Robert Manning, age 74, of Leesburg, FL, died Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Leesburg Regional Medical Center. Robert was employed by Essex Wire and and the Erie Rail Road. After moving to Florida he owned and operated at Lawn Care Service.

Robert was born in Marion, Indiana on December 25, 1935 to the late Raymond G. Manning and the late Marcella (Thornburg) Manning. He graduated from Lancaster High School, Huntington, Indiana in 1954. He served in the Army during the Korean War. Robert was a member of the VFW, Armerican Legion and the Eagles. He served at Past Governor of the Moose Lodge 1271 of Leesburg, FL.

He is survived by

Richard A. (Marjorie) Manning, Huntington, IN

Companion; Jessie Mann, Leesburg, FL

He was preceded in death by a sister Joyce and a daughter Candy

Arrangements are being handled by Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN Funeral service is Friday, July 23, 2010 8:00 PM. Visitation is from 6-8 PM on Friday.
