Bonetha M. Smith, 90, passed away at home on Saturday, December 28, 2019. Bonetha was born on December 14, 1929, at home in Van Buren, to the late Wilbur and Pearl James. She graduated from Jefferson High School in Upland in 1947, and then received her Associates in Accounting from Indiana Business College. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Pearl, as well as three sisters, Doris Case, Margret Shaffer, and Mildred Lakin.
