Diana D.Warran, 64, died Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at her Gas City residence surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with cancer. Diana was born in Kerrville, Texas on June 4, 1951 toGoyo George Ayala and MaryDelgadilloAyala. She graduated from Marion High School in 1969. She retired from Foster Forbes/Ball-Foster in 2000 where she had worked as an inspector for 24 years. Diana and Virgil HughWarranwere married on May 8, 1982 in their home celebrating 33 years of marriage. Diana was a member of the Gas City Moose and the House of Worship for all People. Diana had an endless supply of energy spending time in her flower gardens and doing craft projects todecorate her home. She loved spending time fishing boating with Hugh as well as mushroom hunting. Diana never knew a stranger, she had a lot of love to give and would always help anyone who needed it. Diana will be sadly missed by her husband Hugh, children; Nanette (Aaron) Marden,Swayzee, IN and Michael (Diana) Jett,San Antonio, TX, Step-daughter, Brenda (Craig)Bernardin,Marion, IN, and daughter-in-law, Paige Warran, Gas City, IN Six Grandchildren; Kayla, Sam, Katie, Jacob, Seth andSydnieand two Great-Grandchildren; Trip and Bella. Sister; Christine (Larry) Clark, Wabash and Brothers; George (Colleen) Ayala, Benny (Kim) Ayala and Robby Ayala all of Marion, and Steve (Cheryl) Ayala of Gas City andKenny (Angie)Ayala ofLaFontaine. Also missing Diana is her SchnauzerRocky, many numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews including Aunt Alice and Cousin Linda in Texas. Many special friends including Earnestine, Jean, Winnie, Linda, Lesa, Minnie,Rita,Christy and Barbara Jean. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, son Ty W. Ayala-Jett and three brothers; Rick, Dean and Mike Ayala, step-son Jim Warran, and beloved pets, Willy, Raider, and Rusty. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel ofArmes-HuntFuneral Home andCremation Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana. As per Dianas wishes there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made in Dianas memory to the Marion-Grant County Humane Society, 505 S. Miller Ave., Marion, IN 46952.
