Kenneth P. Collins

Kenneth P. Collins, 83, died Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at Marion General Hospital. Kennywas born on March 25, 1936, in Morristown, Tennessee, to the late Lena Bell (Collins) Talley. On September 1, 1958, he married Janet Stone, and she preceded him in death on January 9, 2010. Kenny drove a truck for 33 years and then worked as a farm hand. He was a member of Incarnate Word Fellowship in Amboy, and he enjoyed fishing and watching westerns. Kenny was a good father and will be missed by his sons. Kenny is survived by his sons, Richard (Melo-Dee) Collins, Gregory Collins, Michael (Carrie) Collins, all of Marion, and Jeffrey Collins, Albany; twelve grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, 415 South Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
