Arnold K Eads

Arnold K. Eads, age 70, of Jonesboro, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on July 30, 2026. Born on November 6, 1955, in Marion, Indiana, Arnold was the beloved son of the late William and Wanda Eads.

For many years, Arnold dedicated his career to the food service industry as a meat supervisor at Save-A-Lot and Macy's, where he utilized his extensive knowledge of traditional butchering techniques. His strong work ethic and commitment to quality made him a respected figure among his peers.

Arnold's spirit thrived in the great outdoors. A passionate lover of nature, he found joy in camping, hiking, hunting, and horseback riding. His adventurous heart was matched only by his deep commitment to his family. As a devoted coach, he cheered on his children and supported them in their various hobbies and sports, instilling in them a love for life and teamwork that will carry on through generations.

Above all, Arnold cherished his role as a grandfather. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he devoted countless hours to creating special memories with them that they will treasure forever.

Arnold is survived by his loving spouse, Sandra Eads, his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Wanda.

Arrangements for Arnold have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services. In accordance with his wishes, Arnold will be cremated.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Arnold's memory to Grant County Cancer Services.
