Beverly Sue Knight

Beverly Sue Knight, 88, passed away on May 2, 2026, leaving behind family and friends who will continue to cherish her memory. She was born on May 10, 1937, to the late Leonard Gale Rice and Anna Margaret (Schafer) Rice.

Beverly graduated from Marion High School, Class of 1955. She married the love of her life, Donald Philip Knight, and together they shared many wonderful years.

Beverly worked as a teacher's assistant and was a devoted member of Christland United Methodist Church. She found great joy in reading, spending time with her friends, and expressing her creativity through sewing and knitting.

Beverly is survived by her loving husband, Donald Philip Knight; children, Andrea (Steve) Loft, Alexa (John) Lee and Brent (Kimberly) Knight; sisters, Jackie (Dick) Gough and Lois Bethay; grandchildren, Joshua (Rachel) Loft, Daniel (Krystal) Loft, Christopher Loft, Jeremy (Kasey) Loft, Jonathan (Rachel) Kurtz, Cara (John) Boyer, Matthew (Olivia) Knight, Meghan (Devin, Sr.) Reishus; great-grandchildren, Olivia Loft, Ethan Loft, Sydney (James) Copeland, Kaylee Noble Loft, Daylyn Loft, Madison Loft, Jashuan Reyes, Jakiyah Bickham, Hayden Loft, Brody Loft, Klayton Loft, James Kurtz, Grayson Boyer, Evangeline Boyer, Bellamy Boyer, Chloe Knight, Devin Reishus Jr., Rosalie Reishus, Jack Reishus, Baby Reishus; great-great-grandchildren, Jameson Copeland, Jennson Copeland and EllaMae Copeland, and many special nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Donald Morlan.

Arrangements for Beverly have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953. Visitation will be held on Firday, May 8, 2026 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with a funeral service at 1:00 P.M. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests that donations be made to Christland United Methodist Church, 721 E Charles St, Marion, IN 46952.
