Della Ruth Aileen Jackson

Della Ruth "Aileen" Jackson, 81 of Marion, died Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne.

Aileen was born on May 13, 1944, in Fairmount, Indiana, daughter. of the late Charles Kendall and Viola May (Smith) Kendall. She attended Fairmount High School. Aileen had worked for Advantage Health Care and was a custodian of Team MJV at Ford Meter Box. She loved her dogs, watching old westerns on TV and shopping. Aileen was a wonderful loving person.

Aileen will be missed by her son Michael (Kenny Zent) Jackson, Marion; brothers, Bob (Marcie) Kendall, Marion, Doren (Joyce) Kendall, Muncie, and Eugene (Penny) Matthews; granddaughter, Jessie Jackson; step-grandson, Wesley (Chrissy) Felver; great-grandchildren, Aiden Luckey, Emerson Jackson, Gryffin Harris and Emily Felver.

Aileen was preceded in death by her parents, sons Mark and Gary Jackson; and brother, David Kendall; and sisters, Diana Gilbert and Juanita Riley; and great-grandchildren Roselyn and Hunter Felver.

Services for Aileen have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home & Cremation Services 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana where services will be held on Monday, June 30, 2025. Visitation will be from 11 AM-1 PM with the funeral service at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
