Drake Alan Smith

Drake was born in Anderson, Indiana onSeptember19, 1995, son of Todd A. (Rachel) Smith andKarrieD. (Redman) Sheets. Drake was a 2014 graduate ofMadison-GrantHigh School. He worked with his father at Elsa in Elwood in the materials department. Drake enjoyed fishing, hunting andmotorcycles. He was in the process ofbuildinghis own Harley. Drake was a very giving person with an amazing smile. He had such a sense of humor and quick wit. He could make anyone laugh. Drake is survived by his parents, brother,Shawn Smith, grandparents, Dale and Linda Smith, Sharon Redman, andTim andCheryl Carper, step-brother, Tyler (Alyssa)Edington, step-sister, Rowan (Eddie) Ice, niece, AspenEdington, and very dear friend, Alisha Howard, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Drake was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry Redman and great-grandmother LoraMassie. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel ofArmes-HuntFuneral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S.Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana where visitation will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 3-7 PM with a funeral service celebrating Drakes life at 7 PM.
