Mark graduated from Eastbrook High School in 1971, where he first honed his skills in auto body work, helping his dad in the family garage. He had a love for the outdoors, spending countless hours fishing and traveling. Mark was particularly fond of go-cart racing and had a flair for restoring cars, with his latest project being a classic 1972 Pinto. His enthusiasm for antique car parts led him to frequent online auctions where he found treasures from days gone by.

He looked forward to the Matthews Covered Bridge Festival every year, creating memories with his family and friends.
