Jacqueline Niverson

Jacqueline Niverson, 89, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Miller's Merry Manor in Marion, IN. Born on November 1, 1936, to Anna Elizabeth (Surface) Harris and Wilford Harris, Jackie spent her childhood in Marion, graduating from Marion High School in 1954. She dedicated 23 years to Knox Glass Factory, specializing in bookkeeping. Jacqueline fell in love and married her partner John Niverson, building their love story together until his passing.

Jackie was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Harris; father, Wilford Harris; husband, John Niverson, and brother, Jerry Harris.

Arrangements for Jacqueline have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m, with Pastor Mark Atkinson officiating. Entombment will follow at Grant Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Eastview Wesleyan Church at 414 N 10th St, Gas City, IN 46933.
