Jason Whittaker

Jason Allen Whittaker, 49, passed away on October 24, 2025, in his home in Russiaville, Indiana.

He was born on November 28, 1975, to Sally D. Johnson and Larry L. Whittaker. A graduate of Kokomo High School, Jason worked in maintenance most of his life.

Jason couldn't resist playful jokes between his loved ones, trying new foods, and singing with enough spirit to overpower his vocal talents. He was known to turn a phrase, and if you were lucky enough, he'd even personalize a tune just for you.

Jason is survived by his children, Darion Price and Jaython Price; mother, Sally D. Johnson; father, Larry L. Whittaker; step-father, Robert A. Walker; sisters, Laura Woodard and Lisa (John) Mallory; grandmother, Barbara A. Maines; mother of his children, Tasha Price; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Tommy J. Woodard.

Arrangements for Jason Whittaker have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953. Honoring Jason's wishes, cremation will take place.

A memorial service will follow on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Ambassadors, 332 W Payton St, Greentown, IN 46936.
