Lyle French

Lyle W. French passed away July 25, 2025. He was born on April 29, 1948 in Bremerton, Washington.

Lyle served our country as a U.S. Marine in Vietnam from June of 1966 to February of 1970 .

He is survived by his best friend,Patty Sikora of Fort Wayne, Indiana; children, Nicole Worthman of Yukon, Oklahoma and Aaron French of Tuttle, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren, Amber James, Zaine, and Alyssa French; sister, Susie Allen of Waco, Texas.

Lyle is preceded in his passing by his parents, Franklin and Evelyn (Cannon) French; 2 sisters, Jeri and Debbie.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 S. Western Ave., Marion, IN 46953. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Marion National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana.

A special thank you to the staff at Hospice and Palliative Care Unit, Marion VA Medical Center, for their loving care and support through the last year.
