Robert "Bob" Bruce Alexander

Robert "Bob" Bruce Alexander passed away Sunday March 13, 2022 at 6:11 A.M. at Miller's Merry Manor in Marion, Indiana. Bob was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 24, 1929 to Lester and Catherine (Karr) Alexander. He graduated from Elkton Michigan High School and for the United States Postal Service for 20 years before retirement. Bob was a true outdoorsman. He loved hunting everything, especially deer and waterfowl and he loved fishing. He was a member of the Masons and the American Legion. He is survived by children David (Meg) Alexander, Germantown, Tennessee; Jack (Kim) Alexander Marion, Indiana; Catherine (Rick) Dodson, Pace, Florida; Cindy (John) Brinson, Sarasota, Florida; and Patricia Hall, Milton, Florida; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. he was preceded in death by his parents and sister Marge Dahringer. Arrangements have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana where the family will have private services.
