Roger A. Culley, age 50, of Marion, passed away at his home on July 12, 2025. He was born on November 12, 1974, to Brian Culley and Laura Campbell (Wallace).
Roger was a skilled, self-employed carpenter who took great pride in his work. Throughout his life, he attended Bethel Worship Center on and off. In his free time, Roger loved to fish and was a true movie enthusiast-known for recalling unique details and trivia that others often missed. He was intelligent, a gifted artist, and deeply dedicated to everything he set his mind to.
He is survived by his fiancée, Lena Houseman of Marion; his mother, Laura (Wallace) Campbell; his children, Lorie (Brandon) Longworth, Brittney (Derek) Stevens, and William Culley, all of Marion; and his grandchildren, Myla, Madelynn, and Maleah Stevens, and Athena Culley. He also leaves behind his siblings, Michael (Jodi) Culley, Erica (Richard) Martin, and Brian (Telisa) Hall; step-siblings, Dewayne Campbell and Amber Campbell; stepdaughter, Linda Trent; and his best friend, Devlin Bragg.
Roger was preceded in death by his father, Brian Culley, and his stepfather, Sonnie Campbell.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 S. Western Ave., Marion, IN 46953. Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a funeral service immediately following, officiated by Pastor Matthew Castle. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park in Marion.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Armes-Hunt Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
