Upland: Richard "Dick" Rumple, 73, passed away at 11:55 p.m. Monday at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne. He was born in Van Buren, the son of the late Rufus and Mary (Welsh) Rumple. He was a 1953 graduate of Jefferson High School. Mr. Rumple retired from the Marion GM plant in 1995 after 30 years...
