Dean G. Scott, 71, formerly of Upland and Marion died December 31, 2009 in Brooksville, FL. He was born in Matthews June 6, 1938 the son of the late Arlie W. and Gladys Pauline (Drumm) Scott. He retired from Marion GM Plant (formerly Fisher Body) after 30 years. Dean enjoyed crafts, traveling and dinning out. Survivors include two sisters, Melba Frazier, Marion, and Louise (Donald) Devine, Muncie.; several nieces and nephews. Private graveside service is planned in Matthews Cemetery.
