Mark A. Scott, 61, of Kokomo, died Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Community Howard Regional Hospital.

Mark was born in Anderson, Indiana on June 22, 1960, son of the late Ronald Scott and Loretta (Shull) Scott of Point Isabel. He grew up in the Fairmount and Pt. Isabel area, graduating from Madison-Grant High School in 1978. He went on to serve his country in the Air Force. Mark was a Millwright at Chrysler. Mark was a friendly and outgoing guy that never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, spending time with his grandchildren, and old cars.

Mark is also survived by his children Amber Scott, and Jason Scott both of Marion, and Erica (Josh) Thomas, Summitville; five grandchildren, Jalen Scott, Jordan Guy, Logan Thomas, David Thomas, and Dakota Scott; brother, Chris (Tabatha) Scott, Swayzee; sister, Connie Peterson, Fairmount; special friends, Pat Hicks and Vicky Breymier.

Services will be at the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana on Monday, January 17, 2022. Visitation is from 11 AM - 1 PM with the funeral service at 1 PM. Burial will be at Park Cemetery.
